Once again Design Array did not disappoint.  I've been using them for coming up on 20 years now and just had to have a full door and motor replacement.  The service from start to finish was excellent.  Mike was very detailed and informative on the sale side and Ron our technician was fantastic. My garage door spring broke and they were able to get out a tech same day to fix it. Exceptional. The tech that came out, Patrick Barton, was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond in the repair. My wife & I  recently had two, new Amarr garage doors installed, by Design Array Garage Door Store, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, Doug, the sales manager, was very helpful. He was patient & professional, as he helped us design our new garage doors. He took the time to walk us through all options, answered our many questions, and made sure we selected the perfect doors for our home without ever making us feel rushed. Also, they have a great showroom, so it’s worth the trip to see all the door options in person. Living in the Arizona desert, keeping our garage cooler was a top priority. Like Google reviewer, Robert Castro, mentioned in his review, we also decided to upgrade both garage doors to insulated models. We chose the “Amarr Designer's Choice DC3200” door, with the “Bead-Board” panel design and blown-in polyurethane insulation. Having windows was important to us, so we also purchased tinted, insulated window panels for both doors. The results have exceeded our expectations. On hot summer days, our garage now stays approximately 15–20 degrees cooler than the outside temperature. It has also helped keep the interior of our home cooler. We also purchased two new Liftmaster 6690L belt-driven door openers. Each comes with integrated camera, wifi connection, and a backup-battery for power outages. These new openers are so much quieter than our former ones. We definitely recommend them. Carlos, our installer, did an outstanding job. He was meticulous throughout the installation, carefully removing our old doors and ensuring the new ones were perfectly installed. We also chose to replace the original wood framing around both garage doors, and Carlos made sure everything was rebuilt well, with quality lumber. Our new, heavier insulated doors now have a strong, solid foundation for years to come. The finished product looks fantastic, operates quietly and smoothly, and has significantly improved both the appearance and comfort of our home. Since installation, we’ve received many compliments from our neighbors on the improved curb appeal. We highly recommend Doug, Carlos, Mike, and the entire team, to anyone looking for high-quality garage doors, at a fair price, with exceptional customer service. From sales to installation, this was a true Five-Star experience.
