I’ve been getting help from Design Array for close to seven years now -two different houses. And, I have to say their best quality is consistency. I’ve had door maintenance done; I’ve had two openers installed; and, I had a major repair when I backed into the door before it was all the way open -so much for rushing. Whether it’s been a tech to maintain, install, or repair, they are always on time, respectful, and really good at what they do. I cannot say enough positive things about this company that has fair to low pricing and great, great, yep really great service.

They have complete garage doors on display in their office and offer detailed information on each one, making our choice easy. We have a south facing garage door and had an insulated garage door installed to help our garage to be cooler in the hot weather.
Technicians Mike and Cody were excellent! They installed my garage door quickly, worked around last minute issues, thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and even touched up the exterior of the door. Today Art from Design Arrears fixed our garage spring that broke yesterday. One day wait- great response time! Art has been with DA for years and knows a lot about Garage door repair. He fixed ours in about 30". GREAT service; and also Art is very personable. Not only did he fix our door quickly, but he also reviewed the other door parts and suggested parts we should keep an eye on. Furthermore, he gave me several helpful ideas on Maintenance to keep our door in good working order.
BTW-Art was very helpful, and not pushy about possible future repairs. Wasn’t trying to upsell me. No pressure to get some of those parts fixed today/ASAP. Art and DA get an A+ from me on their work and service. I would highly recommend Art and DA to my friends and family.
Our technician was Mike and this guy is next level in customer service. I was very pleased with his demeanor and his knowledge of the system and his ability to fix everything that we needed and the price was great. Mike is an excellent technician and represents the company extremely well.

Michael was very friendly. He knew his products and told us we should visit the store before we buy a new garage door so we could test the product. He fixed our garage door and he was very fast. Michael was very prompt on arriving and he’s friendly. In todays day and age, it’s such a pleasure when your technician is friendly because customer service has gone down the drain anymore. I would highly recommend Design Array Garage Door Store. Ask for Michael, he’s very efficient, friendly, caring and he knows his products. He is not a pushy salesman trying to upscale a new product and I appreciate that. Also, I use this company for my company, I am a real estate broker, and I had two properties over summer that I needed immediate help with and Design Array Garage Door dispatched a technician and told me what time he would be out there. It was Michael that took both of these calls and he arrived early which was so nice. When he arrived at my rentals, one of them was vacant and the other had tenants and he quickly fixed the problem at both houses. He called me as soon as he got there.
Once he diagnosed the problem, he called me back, told me what it was going to cost, completed the job and then called me when he was all finished. He thoroughly communicated the whole process and I do greatly appreciate that – being that I was not able to be on site when he arrived. I think Michael is amazing and it looks like he’s an excellent employee. Something else I would like to point out: as a business owner, I work with a lot of different vendors and some of these vendors have a high turnover of their technicians. I am so thankful that Design Array Garage Door Store has employee retention. In a world where it seems like nobody wants to work and nobody has good customer service, it was so nice to see the same technician that I spoke to over summer arrive at my house and be the same person. That means Design Array Garage Door takes care of the employees just like I take care of mine.
Everyone was easy to deal with; no high pressure up-selling. Good pricing and door came in quickly. Installation went well and Mike was prompt and professional. Did an excellent installation and cleanup. Asked me if I had any questions before he left.
Very sweet and kind! Art knew what the problem was, had the part right on his truck, put it in, fixed sensor, re-programmed remotes, oiled all fixtures on garage door, tested both remotes within minutes! Wonderful man!
